Kazuo Kuroda 黒田一雄

Professor Kazuo Kuroda is a globally recognized scholar of comparative and international education at Waseda University's Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies (GSAPS). His work spans education policy and development, global governance of education, inclusive education in developing countries, and the internationalization of higher education in Asia. He currently serves as President of the Comparative and International Education Society (CIES), and is a Visiting Research Fellow at the JICA Ogata Sadako Research Institute for Peace and Development.
